47 vuotta opiskelijoiden puolesta, tervetuloa juhlimaan LYYn vuosijuhlia!

Lapin yliopiston ylioppilaskunnan 47. vuosijuhlia vietetään lauantaina 3.10.2026 Hotelli Pohjanhovilla. Illan aikana nautitaan kolmen ruokalajin illallinen, juhlapuheita sekä monipuolista ohjelmaa hyvässä seurassa.

Juhla alkaa klo 18.00, ja noin klo 22.00 siirrymme bussikuljetuksella jatkoille Ravintola Valdemariin, jossa ilta jatkuu pikkutunneille saakka.

Sunnuntaiaamuna juhlat kruunaa perinteinen akateeminen silliaamiainen, joka sisältyy illalliskortin hintaan.

Pukukoodi: juhla- tai tumma puku, akateemiset merkit ja kunniamerkit.

Lipunmyynti alkaa Kide.appissa keskiviikkona 9.9. klo 12.00!

47 years of advocating for students—welcome to LYY’s annual ball!

The Student union of the University of Lapland’s 47th anniversary ball will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Hotel Pohjanhovi. The evening will feature a three-course dinner, celebratory speeches, and a varied program in good company.

The celebration begins at 6:00 p.m., and around 10:00 p.m., we’ll take a bus to the after-party at Restaurant Valdemari, where the evening will continue until the wee hours.

On Sunday morning, the celebrations will culminate with a traditional academic herring breakfast, which is included in the price of the dinner ticket.

Dress code: formal or dark suit, academic insignia, and honors.

Ticket sales begin on Kide.app on Wednesday, September 9, at 12:00 PM!

LYY members: 100 €
Others: 135 €
Support dinner ticket: 250 € – proceeds support the student union’s activities.
