In the autumn of 2021, the University of Lapland switched to using the student register system Peppi. Due to database change, student status information has not been transferred to the Frank application. Therefore, LYY had to terminate the contract with Frank on 1st of February, 2022.

You can get your virtual student card from Pivo or Tuudo. The services operate normally and are official student card services approved by Kela.
New physical student cards can be ordered again in autumn via Kide.app. Please notice that existing cards can still be used with a valid sticker. More information on ordering physical cards will be provided as soon as possible. Remember to follow LYY’s news!
