Our office at Ahkiomaantie 23 B is open from Monday to Friday at 1PM-3PM until 10th of June or by reservation.

The Wellness Pass
What is the Wellness Pass?
The Wellness Pass is a service coordinated by the Student Union of the University of Lapland (LYY) for the Rovaniemi region, where those who purchase the Pass can use the wellness and fitness services and take advantage of other benefits brought by the Pass.
Who can buy the Pass?
To purchase the Pass, you must be a student and authenticated with a Haka login. By logging in to Haka, you verify your student status in Kide.app. Please contact the student union if you have problems with Haka login.
How can I buy the Pass?
You can buy the Pass either while registering for the academic year at the University of Lapland or via Kide.app.
If you buy the pass while registering for the academic year, your information will be added to the Kide.app and you will get instructions on how to activate your pass membership.
The pass is used via Kide.app and you can also buy the pass directly from there. Please contact the student union if you cannot use the app for some justifiable reason.
What is the price of the Pass?
The price of the Pass is 45 € for the whole academic year and 35 € for either the autumn or spring semester. As an opening offer for the new service, the passport will be available at Early Bird price of 35 € for the entire academic year until 4th of September. The price is the same regardless of whether it is paid during the registration or directly in the app.
Using the services and benefits of the Pass requires obtaining the Pass in accordance with the valid price list. The purchase of the Pass is binding. Under no circumstances is LYY obliged to return the price paid by the user for the Pass.
How do I use the Pass?
The Pass is used through the Kide.app application. That is, you show your Pass from your smartphone to the service provider as agreed. When using the services, the user of the Pass is obliged to follow the instructions and regulations issued by the service provider.
When is the Pass valid?
The Pass is valid in the autumn term 5.9.-31.12.2022 and in the spring term 1.1.-14.5.2023. The whole academic year (lukuvuosi) covers both terms. LYY reserves the right to change the dates of the Pass’s service periods.
Is the Wellness Pass same as the Sport Pass?
Sport Pass is no longer available, but has now been transferred to LYY. At the same time, the Pass offerings were expanded to cover non-sports services and the Pass was renamed the Wellness Pass. The Pass is implemented electronically and is activated in the Kide.app application when the passport’s service offering begins.
Does the Pass contain an insurance?
The Pass does not contain insurance, and LYY is not responsible for any damage. It is the responsibility of the Pass holder to take care of the appropriate insurance coverage.

LYY sells “For the North for the World”–hoodies and sweaters. You can buy old shirts from our office.

You can get the key from our office at Ahkiomaantie 23. Please, contact us in advance to make appointment to get the key.
Where can I buy LYY’s song book?
LYY sells “Yhden tähden Laulukirja” song books that are used at Sitsit.
Song book costs 10€ for member of LYY and 12€ for others.
You can buy your own at F-wing’s customer service point with cash or card payment.
