The Early Bird price for students is only € 30 per academic year. The Wellness pass is valid in the autumn 6.9.-12.12.2021 and in the spring 10.1.-15.5.2022. The pass works digitally and is activated in the kide.app application at the start of the pass services.
– The main goal of the Student Union in the reform has been to offer students a cheaper pass with better services and we are currently working on on this, says Joonatan Juhajoki, Wellness pass project employee.
The coordination of the Wellness pass offered to Rovaniemi university students will be officially transferred to the Student Union from the beginning of June. There is now a bigger need for services that support student well-being than ever before.
– The Wellness pass is an important advocacy achievement at a time when students’ well-being has been challenged in an unprecedented way. With this solution, we’re able to ensure continuity in the affordable availability of Rovaniemi’s wellness services for students. The price-quality ratio of the pass will be excellent, says Antti Eteläaho, LYY’s Adviser of Educational and Social Affairs
The Wellness pass will include standard training shifts, gym services, culture and other services that support holistic well-being. The search for partners has begun and negotiations are underway with various service providers.
– We are currently looking for enthusiastic entrepreneurs and other partners who support holistic well-being to participate in the implementation of the services of the Wellness pass. The selected partners will be announced during the summer. Active and reliable partners play a key role in what kind of product can be offered to students. At the moment, it already looks exciting, rejoices project employee Juhajoki.
We will release more information about the Wellness pass during the summer. Now you should follow the pass on Instagram @hyvinvointipassi to keep up to date with the reversals and developments of the pass. All important information on the pass can be also found at LYY’s website.
