Our invoicing address is changing 01-01-2023: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our e-invoicing data is as follows:<\/strong><br>Name: Lapin Yliopiston Ylioppilaskunta<br>VAT-number: 03663635<br>E-invoicing address: 003703663635<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operator information:<br><\/strong>Operator: Maventa<br>Operator Broker ID: 003721291126<br>Operator Broker ID in banking network: DABAFIHH<br>If you are not able to send invoices electronically, please send paper invoices to the following address:<br>Lapin Yliopiston Ylioppilaskunta<br>03663635<br>PL 100<br>80020 Kollektor Scan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The serial number in each invoice&#8217;s address field, not only on the envelope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only black text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send only invoices with attachments to scanning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use staples.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You can also send PDF-invoices, following these instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invoices sent as e-mail attachments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one invoice per file, which includes all the pages of the invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can send multiple invoices in one email. All files with an individual name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One e-mail can be maximum 10Mb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PDF-files need to be real PDF-documents, version 1.3 or newer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PDF-files cannot be locked or password-protected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dimension of the document can be maximum 210 x 297 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The name of the attachment can only include the regular marks: a-z, A-Z, 0-9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PDF-invoices can be sent to the address: invoice-03663635@kollektor.fi<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We handle our invoices electronically and receive e-invoices.
