I’m renting out my 31m2 studio apartment for 2 months (June and July) and if you wish to continue staying longer (a year long for your study/work starting from August), it’s possible. The apartment locates about 850m to university, 800m to Lidl & Prisma, 1.5km to city centre. The apartment’s view is straight to a Kirkkolampi lake so the view is pretty decent during summer. Parking lot available.
As I’ll be moving to the South, I can leave some basic furniture stuff such as: washing machine, sofa, TV stand and a table to the apartment as you wish.

The apartment is for non-smoker and no pet. Pictures upon request.
